Beach People

In my last post I mentioned that I liked using the figure as subject matter and how difficult it is sometimes to find models. Years ago when my children were younger, I found lots of subject matter at the beach. It's the perfect place to sketch people! Most are just sitting (therefore quite still) and everyone is anonymous! No business suits, high heels, uniforms etc.

Who are these people and what do they do when they're not at the beach?
