In my last post I talked about the importance of having a "goal" and how, according to CBC, it makes you a happier person if you have one. Coincidentally, as I was working toward my goal of 30 minutes on the eliptical at the gym, a Canada AM segment on the TV featured a 94 year old woman fulfilling her "goal" of riding in a helicopter. A gerontolgist spoke about the importance, especially in old age, of having goals or something to "strive for", "work toward", "accomplish".
So ..... what's the difference between this
goal thing and a
bucket list?? I think I'll create a list of
goals to accomplish before I
kick the bucket!
