Friendship Bowl

This painting is of a pottery bowl that was given to me by my friend and former colleague, Jennifer. The bowl is called a "friendship bowl". I used molding paste on the bowl to give it texture and used tools to carve in the figures. I'm not sure about the white on the chair .... perhaps it should be darker.

I thought that I might do some more paintings on the theme of "gifts".
